Refund / Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting KM Cashews. Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation depends on logistics feasibility.

If an order is cancelled before fulfilment, reserved stock is returned to inventory. Refund handling for paid orders will follow the payment method used once online payments are enabled.
